This is the spindle block assembly on an Okin Okimat II adjustable bed or hospital bed motor. There are two (2) spindle blocks inside the Okimat II, one for the head and one for the foot. If you have an Okimat II motor assy in your bed, and one end is not moving any longer, but you can hear the motor running, then take the motor assy off and see if that moving block is broken.
